Since humankind fell into sin, God started preparing his son Jesus to send him to the mission field. When everything was ready Jesus came to this world from another "country and culture" with a message of love. He left everything he had to identify himself with humankind and save them from sin.

Jesus left us an example of how, when and what to do to reach others for God. God's mission continues with those who love His name.

If you have or have not been reached by his love, it is in your hands to follow his example or to surrender your life to Him. Jesus has his arms wide open to involve you in missions or to hug you and save you from sin.

Anyway, saved or not, God's mission continues until Jesus returns again. Meanwhile, I want to be part of God's mission and reach others with same love Jesus showed me when he saved me form sin. Whether praying, going on or giving to missions, I dedicate myself to proclaim the love of God to all people because God has changed my heart and given me a missionary heart.

That is why I am doing a special project for the needy people of Spring Branch, Texas. A company donates baked goods to our church an I distribute them every Sunday to their homes. I go from house to house to see if they want bread and I also offer them the bread of life that is Jesus. Some open their houses to the gospel but others reject it. Still, I continue doing it until the Lord tell me other things to do. The majority of the people are immigrants and they live in very depressing conditions and when I take the bread to them, they are thankful that somebody is taking and interest in their lives.

In the same way my life in Nayarit, Mexico (where I am from) was very depressing and empty. I am from a family of 7 siblings. My parents had a lot of problems with a lot of violence in our home. My younger sister talked to me about Jesus and I received him in my heard. Unfortunately I didn't give everything to him and as result my anger and discouragement against everything didn't go away, until I was touched by missionaries that  took an interest in my life. They loved me without reservation and  showed me the true love of God through the Bible.  Since then, my life was changed and transformed. Now my only desire is to do what they once did for me, to help others to know the love of GOD.
